WASHINGTON, August 6 (RIA Novosti) - The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed to RIA Novosti on Thursday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have arrested a Ukrainian woman who has been living in the United States without legal status for 15 years.
