'Godfather of AI' Says It Would Become Increasingly Difficult to Control AI Models

WASHINGTON, August 6 (RIA Novosti) - Cognitive psychologist and computer scientist Geoffrey Hinton, who won the 2024 Nobel Prize in Physics and is known as the "godfather of AI" has warned that it will become increasingly difficult for humanity to control artificial intelligence. "I don't believe we're going to be able to keep control of them [AI models] in the simple way of just outthinking them so they can't escape," Hinton said on the sideline......
