International Criminal Court Denies Receiving Chad Withdrawal Notice

MOSCOW, July 28 (RIA Novosti) - The International Criminal Court (ICC) has not received an official notification of Chad's withdrawal from the Rome Statute, the court's press service told accredited journalists. On Monday, the Foreign Ministry of Chad announced that the African country was withdrawing from the Rome Statute citing The Hague-based court's bias against Africa.
