Korpatsch is first German since Graf in 1992 to win Hamburg title

Hamburg (dpa) - Tamara Korpatsch defeated Anna Bondar 6-3, 6-3 on Sunday to win the Hamburg Ladies Open tournament in her home town which made her the first German winner of the event since Steffi Graf in 1992. Korpatsch, 31, raced off to a 3-0 lead, overcame a fightback from Hungary's Bondar to 4-3 by winning the next two games and go a set up. A break for 3-2 then set her on course to victory she clinched on first match point after 1 hour 28 m......
