WINDHOEK, 26 JUL (NAMPA) -The Ministry of International Relations and Trade on Saturday announced the appointment of Ambassador Mekondjo Kaapanda-Girnus as Deputy Director-General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), with effect from 25 July 2026.
