WINDHOEK, 25 JUL (NAMPA)- Cabinet has approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Namibia and the Republic of Congo on cooperation in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), authorising Minister Emma Theofelus to sign the agreement on behalf of the Namibian government.
