NKURENKURU, 25 JUL (NAMPA) - Commissioner Andreas Nelumbu on Friday officially took over as Kavango West Regional Commander at Nkurenkuru, pledging disciplined conduct, intensive road safety campaigns, and close cooperation with communities and neighbours to curb crime.
He replaces Commissioner Julia Sakuwa-Neo, who now leads the Zambezi Region.
