Spain sent rescuers to Venezuela on Thursday after twin earthquakes killed at least 164 people and injured hundreds, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said after talks with interim Venezuelan leader Delcy Rodriguez. A plane was carrying rescuers from the army and the Madrid region's emergency services as well as a team from the Spanish cooperation agency, Sanchez said on X.
