MOSCOW, June 25 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow condemns UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres' decision to keep Russia on the list of violators of children's rights in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday, adding that this move is politically motivated and lacks evidence.
