London (PA Media/dpa) - Canada's refusal to grant Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey a visa for the World Cup was set to be heard by an Ottawa court on Tuesday. The Ghana government has filed for a review of the case after Partey was denied entry to Canada, ruling him out of the Black Stars' World Cup opener against Panama in Toronto on Wednesday.
