OKAKU, 16 JUN (NAMPA) - Oshana Governor, Hofni Iipinge, has called for sustained investment in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) infrastructure in schools and communities, warning that gaps in basic services continue to undermine children’s health, dignity and education.
