Eurozone jobless rate stable at 6.3%

Brussels (dpa-AFX) - The eurozone unemployment rate remained unchanged in April, data from Eurostat revealed Monday. The jobless rate stood at 6.3%, unchanged from March as well as with April 2025. The rate was expected to remain stable at March's initially estimated figure of 6.2%. The number of people out of work decreased 84,000 from the prior month to 11.075 million.
