Rubio Claims Cuba Accepted $100 Million Offer for Humanitarian Assistance From US

WASHINGTON, May 21 (RIA Novosti) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Thursday claimed that Cuba accepted an offer made by Washington to provide the island nation with $100 million worth of humanitarian aid to be distributed by the Catholic Church.
