WINDHOEK, 21 MAY (NAMPA) – The Namibian Correctional Service (NCS) has called on offenders in different communities to draw inspiration from those who have turned their lives around and are leading successful lives.
The call was made by NCS head of community supervision, Deputy Commissioner Frieda Snewe, during a Government Information Centre (GIC) information-sharing session in Windhoek on Thursday.
