US Sets Countervailing Duty of 109.10% on Russian Raw Palladium - Commerce Department

WASHINGTON, May 21 (RIA Novosti) - The US Department of Commerce has approved a countervailing duty rate of 109.1% on imports of raw palladium from Russia, according to a document posted on the US Federal Register. A single countervailing duty rate of 109.1% is set for all Russian suppliers of raw palladium. In the decision of the department, JCS Urals Innovative Technologies and Prioksky Plant of Non-Ferrous Metals were singled out separately......
