Putin Did Not Proactively Propose Schroeder's Candidacy for EU-Russia Dialogue - Kremlin

MOSCOW, May 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin did not proactively propose the candidacy of former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder for a dialogue between Europe and Russia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
