RUNDU, 20 MAY (NAMPA) – The Kavango East Regional Farmers Union (KERFU) on Wednesday welcomed the appointment of Thimoteus Kativa as the substantive Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Meatco Northern Communal Area (NCA), describing it as a victory for farmers in the region.
Kativa’s five-year fixed-term appointment took effect on 01 May 2026.
