OPUWO, 03 MAY (NAMPA)– Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Ruthy Masake, on Friday reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting farmers in addressing persistent challenges, through various interventions.
