OSHAKATI, 16 APR (NAMPA) - Chief Veterinary Officer in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Dr Kenneth Kennedy Shoombe, says Namibia has made measurable progress in rabies control, although vaccination coverage remains below the 70 per cent target required to eliminate the disease in the northern communal areas.
