WINDHOEK, 13 APR (NAMPA) – The National Planning Commission (NPC) says a cooperation agreement signed by Hyphen Hydrogen Energy, Enertrag and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) marks a significant step in advancing Namibia’s development priorities.
