ANKARA, September 10 (RIA Novosti) - Turkey's Justice and Development Party would like the country to host talks on the Ukrainian settlement, spokesman Omer Celik said on Thursday. On Wednesday, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov suggested that trilateral negotiations on a settlement to the conflict in Ukraine could resume in Abu Dhabi.
