WINDHOEK, 14 AUG (NAMPA) – Cabinet has approved the National Upstream Petroleum Local Content Policy, a framework aimed at increasing Namibian participation in the country’s emerging oil and gas sector and ensuring greater local benefits from petroleum activities.
