WINDHOEK, 20 AUG (NAMPA) - Special Advisor and Head of the Upstream Petroleum Unit in the Office of the President, Kornelia Shilunga, has called for Namibia to look beyond the anticipated first barrel of oil and ensure the country’s petroleum resources translate into lasting economic benefits for present and future generations.
