TOKYO, March 27 (RIA Novosti) - Japanese Defense Minister Shinjiro Koizumi said on Friday that even with the capability to launch US Tomahawk cruise missiles from the Japanese destroyer Chokai, the country's military potential remains at a minimally necessary level.
