Berlin (dpa) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has held a phone call with US President Donald Trump to discuss the war in Iran. "This afternoon, I discussed the situation in Iran, Israel and Ukraine with US President Donald Trump," Merz wrote on X on Sunday. "We agreed to remain in close contact," he added.
