MOSCOW, March 22 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Sever (North) group of forces took control of the settlement of Potapovka (also known as Potapivka) in the Sumy region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday. "As a result of decisive actions, units of the Sever battlegroup have established control over the settlement of Potapovka in the Sumy region," the ministry said in a statement....
