London (PA Media/dpa) - Nottingham Forest boss Vitor Pereira admits his team need to be "united" ahead of a big week starting with a Europa League second-leg clash with Midtjylland on Thursday. Forest fell to a 1-0 defeat in the first leg at the City Ground last week and will have to turn the tie on its head in Denmark if they want to book their spot in the quarter-final.
