Galuzin on Ukraine Talks: Russia Adheres to Previously Outlined Principles, Is in Dialogue

MOSCOW, March 19 (RIA Novosti) - Commenting on the new round of negotiations on Ukraine, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said Russia adheres to the previously outlined principles and is in dialogue with all interested countries. "This position of ours is fundamental and is fully stressed by the Russian side in its dialogue with all interested states," Galuzin told the Izvestia daily....
