TEHRAN, March 18 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei over the death of Iranian Security Council Secretary Ali Larijani, Iranian state broadcaster IRIB reported on Wednesday.
