MOSCOW, March 3 (RIA Novosti) - Iran made a nuclear deal proposal during talks in Geneva, which was approved by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), but discussions were halted due to aggression, Iranian Permanent Representative to the UN in Geneva Ali Bahraini said on Tuesday. The proposal was constructive and realistic and had a potential for an agreement, Bahraini said at a press conference in Geneva....
