UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called Monday for Israel to re-open border crossings into Gaza to allow aid to flow into the war-ravaged territory, his spokesman said. "Israeli authorities have closed all crossings, including Rafah, and have suspended humanitarian movements in and near areas where Israeli troops remain deployed in Gaza," said spokesman Stephane Dujarric.
