WASHINGTON, February 19 (RIA Novosti) - The United States believes both the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and the Sudanese armed forces (SAF) are responsible for prolonging the ongoing conflict in Sudan, US Senior Advisor for Arab and African Affairs Massad Boulos said on Thursday.
