OSHAKATI, 19 FEB (NAMPA) - Newly elected Ongwediva constituency councillor Johannes Ngololo has pledged to prioritise job creation, infrastructure development and improved health services during his term in office.
Ngololo told Nampa in an interview that his decision to contest the councillor position was driven by a passion to serve his community and to make a meaningful difference in the Ongwediva Constituency.
