WINDHOEK, 19 FEB (NAMPA) – The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Child Welfare, on Thursday launched efforts to strengthen intellectual property (IP) skills and awareness among women entrepreneurs through the EntreprenHer programme.
