NKURENKURU, 19 FEB (NAMPA) – The Northern Namibia Regional Electricity Distributor (Nored) says it is implementing new technology and infrastructure improvements to address persistent electricity outages affecting the Kavango West Region, where 80 per cent of the power network serves rural communities.
