MOSCOW, February 11 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian freestyle skier Kateryna Kotsar said the International Olympic Committee (IOC) had barred her from competing in a helmet bearing a political slogan at the 2026 Winter Games in Italy. Kotsar told the Ukrainian broadcaster Suspilne that she had been notified by the IOC about a week before the Games began that her helmet was considered to be "propaganda," prompting her to replace it.
