Hamburg (dpa) - German public broadcaster NDR has been fined in connection with plans for a camera crew to film a US flag being raised in Greenland as part of a satirical TV show. NDR said on Thursday that a member of the editorial team of the satirical programme "Extra 3" had announced their intention to raise a US flag in a public place in Greenland.
