MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called on Thursday UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres's statement that self-determination does not apply to Crimea and Donbas a "wild conclusion."
