WALVIS BAY, 29 JAN (NAMPA) – Walvis Bay Mayor Johannes Shimbilinga has outlined the town’s infrastructure and service delivery programme, reaffirming council’s commitment to improving living conditions and addressing ageing municipal infrastructure.
