WINDHOEK, 12 DEC (NAMPA) - Government has invested over N.dollars 115 million to support the welfare of the Ovaherero community, which returned from Botswana as part of the government's repatriation programme that facilitated the return of around 100 individuals.
The community temporarily settled about 500 metres on the outskirts of Gam in the Tsumkwe constituency, returned from Botswana in September last year, with some members being descendants...
