TEHRAN, December 1 (RIA Novosti) - Joint counter-terrorism drills of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states began on Monday in the northwestern Iranian province of East Azerbaijan, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Ground Forces announced.
