KAPAKO, 30 NOV (NAMPA) – Newly elected councillor for the Kapako Constituency, Augustinus Linyando Kupembona from the Swapo Party, says his victory marks the beginning of real change for what he describes as “the poorest constituency” in the Kavango West Region.
