OUTJO, 01 DEC (NAMPA) – Kunene Region Governor, Vipuakuje Muharukua on Monday called on Outjo youth to capitalise on the governmental development agenda for the youth.
Muharukua said this during an information session on the National Youth Development fund held at Etoshapoort Community Hall in Outjo.
