Sankwasa warns local authorities to step up on service delivery

WALVIS BAY, 10 JUN (NAMPA) – Urban and Rural Development Minister James Sankwasa has cautioned local authorities that failure to account for public funds, collect outstanding revenue and improve service delivery could cost them government funding.
