MOSCOW, November 27 (RIA Novosti) - The Executive Committee of the International Judo Federation (IJF) has voted to restore the right for Russian athletes to participate in international competitions with national symbols. "Following recent developments, including the reinstatement of full national representation for Belarusian athletes, the IJF considers it is now appropriate to allow the participation of Russian athletes under equal conditions.......
