MOSCOW, November 26 (RIA Novosti) - The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region has registered an appeal by OMV Gas Marketing & Trading GmbH, a subsidiary of Austrian oil and gas company OMV, against its decision to prohibit the subsidiary from pursuing legal proceedings against Russia's Gazprom Export LLC abroad, the case materials revealed on Wednesday.
