OMHEDI, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - Former Ohangwena Regional Governor, Sebastian Ndeitunga and the leader of the Oukwanyama Traditional Authority, Queen Martha Mwadinomho yaKristian Nelumbu, have urged citizens to participate in the ongoing Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections, delivering their messages while casting their ballots at the Omhedi Palace polling station.
