NKURENKURU, 25 NOV (NAMPA) – The special voting for the 2025 elections, which took place nationwide on Monday, recorded low turnout across several Kavango West constituencies, with the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) reporting significantly fewer voters than expected.
