OMUTHIYA, 06 NOV (NAMPA)- A total of 54 houses will soon be constructed in Oshakati North by the National Housing Enterprise (NHE).
The site has been handed over to three capable contractors, and the N.dollars 15.6 million project is expected to be completed by April 2026.
