KAHENGE, 21 SEP (NAMPA) - Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare on Sunday handed over an N$800 000 tractor to the Ukwangali Traditional Authority at Kahenge, aimed at strengthening community farming and food security in the area.
The donation by the Frans Indongo Group will be used to help elderly people, vulnerable households and community members who want to plough but cannot afford the services of commercial operators.
